On Set Up Day, Wednesday, July 30th, please arrive at 5 PM to be ready to set up at 5:30 PM. Please be sure your table is set by 7:00 PM.
Be ready to briefly share about your table during setup, including your inspiration, design details, and a bit about yourself or your business. Sharing is optional and informal, just a quick chat with me (Bianca Amandoli) for People’s Choice social media post!
Once your table is fully set up, you’ll receive (2) complimentary fair admission tickets, and (1) parking pass. Passes will be provided onsite by a staff member after setup is complete.
All table displays will be protected with stanchions and clear signage to help prevent public access and touching. Event staff will be present to monitor the area throughout the day.
While we’ll do our best to ensure the security of all displays, we recommend avoiding the use of irreplaceable or high-value items, as the area will not be locked or staffed at all times. Pura Event Design and the Sonoma County Fair are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or broken items.
