The Table Setting Showcase Competition, produced by Pura Event Design, is your chance to design a fully styled tablescape and have it displayed LIVE at the Sonoma County Fair. Your table will be seen by 15,000–20,000 daily attendees — PLUS receive online exposure through expert judging and social media voting (for adult division only). Last year, we received over 103,000 views on Instagram!  

This year, we have added a youth division, in addition to an adult division.

2026 Fair Dates: 

Friday, August 7 - Sunday, August 16 (closed August 10)  

Location:  

Sonoma County Fairgrounds | Garden Building | 1450 Bennett Valley Rd, Santa Rosa, CA  

Entry Fees (one per participant):  

$10.00 for adult division (18 years and up) 

$6.00 for youth division (10-17 years) 

Fees are non-refundable.  

Sponsorship opportunities are also available for businesses and organizations interested in supporting the showcase. Additional information about sponsorship is located in the Competition Guide.
